About Us.
70 years ago Store Property began developing property in Sussex. Today we continue to be a family-owned business and our operations have grown to cover the ownership, management and development of over 2 million sq ft of offices, industrial units and retail outlets.
The portfolio now extends across London and throughout the South East and is managed in house by our expert and friendly team from our office in Chichester.

The first industrial land purchase in 1972 represented a change of focus for the Group, and throughout the 1970’s extensive industrial developments were completed throughout Sussex, many of which are still owned today.
1980’s
Commercial Development across Sussex
The 1980’s saw the Group constructing several pre-let commercial buildings for The Body Shop International Ltd, and its first out of town retail park anchored by J Sainsbury.
1990's

During the 1990’s the focus of Store Property turned to purchasing rather than developing commercial investments, in Surrey Hampshire and London, all within a 2 hour radius of the office.
